for being the best speaker of the night, phoebe got a reward from 1BRO 1,000PHP for being the most lively and funny despite of the serious and nervous folks inside the training room...

at first phoebe doesn't know that she's the 1BRO best speaker winner for the night, but after her name was called I see a smile that's worth a thousand words, being her mentor in 1BRO im proud of her, because she conquer her fears to stand up in front of many people not doing the exercise just to finish it, but her motivation is to be the #1 1BRO speaker of the night.

after the graduation of the new dealers of 1BRO we teased her to treat us to mang inasal...

"... ubusin na natin yung 1k mo man libre ka naman!!.."

give up upon teasing and praising her with laughter

"...itago mo yung 500 yung isang 500 treat mo naman kami!!.."

When I first saw phoebe, She's just an ordinary girl you know that is shy, hiding inside of her shell.

"yung tipong hindi mo aakalain tumayo sa harap ng maraming tao.."

but eventually I saw how she do 1BRO everyday, phoebe introduce the business to her classmates there is no day that she is inactive since she joined the venture, I saw persistence which is an essential part in the business, also I saw eyes that is searching for new things to accomplish... 

network marketing specifically 1BRO surprises me all the time, I always say that in this business you'll never know who will be your generals.

for me this day is one of the greatest joys in my venture here in this industry, I see people changed and developing their personalities, achieving goals 1 step at a time. I saw myself way back in times that I am starting the business, now its my time to be the mentor in 1BRO and create many students like me
